LoopTV are proud to present our new 3 part ‘Learning Logic’ micro series of production tutorials from Rob Jones. In this series Rob Takes us through the complete process of recording and mixing an acoustic guitar & vocal project within Apple’s new Logic Pro 9 platform.

Here Rob steps away from the electronic arena, and uses an acoustic project to show off Logic’s versatility at handling different styles of audio. Along the way – he offers up some great production tips, and shows us round some of the fantastic new features available in Logic’s intuitive interface.

In this the first part of 3 – Rob sets up his project and gets stuck into recording multiple takes of guitar and vocals from Berlin based singer Miranda Gjerstad. He then shows us how to clean up your takes, and how to quickly develop backing tracks to work with your recorded audio!
