Artist Spotlight | Jody Wisternoff

We were really pleased to be able to catch this man out – away from his hectic international schedule for this months Artist Spotlight.

Jody Wisternoff is one half of Way Out West and a DJ/remixer and producer who has in recent years been catching the international dance charts alight with his own solo productions as well as with his stella dance act Way Out West.

On this month’s Podcast we chatted to him about the new Album ‘Intensify’ – and his aspirations for 2009, and to talk tech about his studio and recording in general.

Apologies are due as Jody was so interested in talking to us that he completely forgot his own tour schedule – by announcing a gig on the 19th July!  This Way Out West gig is actually due to be on June 19th at The Galleries at Ministry of Sound in London…so don’t turn up a month late – not cool!

Next month – LoopTV heads off to Track Jody down in his Bristol Studio – where we’ll be interviewing Jody and he’ll be talking us through the basics of his production techniques.  This will be included in July’s Podcast.  Until then you’ll have to make do with their fantastic new album and live shows!
