LoopTV are proud to bring you an exclusive look at one of dance music’s emerging ‘must go’ festivals – ADE 2010.

Although now in its 15th year, the Amsterdam based festival and conference of electronic music is fast becoming the biggest date on the music calendar for DJs, producers, and remix artists.

For 4 days and nights the city is hijacked by some of the worlds greatest DJs and electronic producers, giving one off performances, delegate conference panel Q&A’s and exclusive workshops.

LoopTV paid a visit to get the angle on ADE from the producers viewpoint, talking to some of its cast of DJ stars including Ron Carroll, Seamus Haji, Full Intention, Michael Woods, Nic Fanciulli and Tim Healey – to find out what’s great about ADE that keeps them all coming back year on year!

Tim Healey | Giant Pussy Records | Label Focus

Tim Healey is a freak amongst DJs. Simultaneously pursuing an intense tour schedule while producing an award winning sample collection from his Brighton studio and running his label: Giant Pussy Records.

He’s toured with DJs like David Guetta, Erick Morillo, and Deadmau5 and he’s played for Cream, God’s Kitchen, Ministry of Sound, Manumission, Pacha, and head-lined nights in territories as far flung as San Francisco, South Africa, Singapore, Kazakhstan and Brazil.

His energetic sets are a mash-up of ghetto-house, electro and quality club-sounds, together with recent releases like the viral vid Tim Healey & Tai ‘Pocket Rocket’ are a force to be reckoned with. Best summarised by DJ MAG: “Tim Healey blows the speakers apart with his trashed out sound, the music is as cutting edge as it can be”.

We caught up to interview Tim at his Brighton Studio and get the low down on his career so far and his exciting new Label – The provocatively named ‘Giant Pussy Records’.
